Privacy policy

Nothing. This site uses no tracking cookies, no analytics, no remarketing pixel and sends no data to our own servers.

The diagnosis form runs entirely in your browser: what you type is used only to build a message and open WhatsApp. No server of ours receives, stores or processes the form's content.

1. Your browser builds a wa.me URL with the message.
2. The browser is redirected to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms).
3. From there, the conversation follows Meta's privacy rules — not ViniskiOS's.

When you message me, I begin handling the information you voluntarily shared (name, company, bottleneck). I use this data only to reply to your contact and, if we become a project, to carry out the contracted work.

I don't sell it, don't share it with third parties without authorization and don't use it for mass mailings. You can request deletion of your data at any time by email.

Even without active collection, your rights to access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion of any data eventually under my control are guaranteed.
